Good to know.
Do I need an account to use XenLoop?
No. Guest mode lets you track up to six subscriptions locally on your device. Create an account when you want to use account-based features or shared workspaces.
Does XenLoop connect to my bank?
No bank connection is needed. You add and manage subscription details yourself. XenLoop helps you track them; it doesn’t cancel subscriptions or make their renewal payments for you.
Will it work without an internet connection?
Yes, local guest tracking works offline. Signing in, cloud synchronization, shared workspace updates, and billing need an internet connection. Reminders also depend on device notification permissions.
Where can I download it?
The public Android release is coming soon. The verified download link will appear here when it is ready. An iOS download is not currently offered.
How do paid plans work?
Sign in to XenLoop to choose or manage your plan. The separate payment portal handles the checkout handoff to Polar. Pro applies to a personal account; Teams applies to an organization. Plan access updates after payment verification.
